License to Use the Service

Subscribers may view content from TutorFest for personal educational purposes only. Any material from TutorFest must not be copied, downloaded, or distributed without express permission.

Educational videos and resources are available for personal use only. Public or commercial use of any content is not allowed without prior written consent from TutorFest.

All content and materials on our platform are copyright protected. You may not republish, sell, rent, or sublicense any content from TutorFest.

Restrictions of Usage

Subscribers must not:

• Use the TutorFest platform in any way that causes or may cause damage, or impairment of the performance or availability of the platform.
• Use the platform for unlawful, illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.
• Copy, store, host, or transmit any material linked to malicious software, including spyware, viruses, or trojans.
• Conduct automated data collection activities without express written consent.
• Use any robot, spider, scraper, or other automated means to access the platform.
• Use the data collected from TutorFest for marketing purposes without our express written consent.

About the Service

TutorFest offers a range of educational services including live classes, recorded lessons, and downloadable study materials available on various devices.

TutorFest Premium is a paid subscription service offering access to exclusive content, including masterclasses and expert-led sessions. This content is only accessible after successfully purchasing a subscription.

Subscription

Your TutorFest subscription will continue until terminated. To access the TutorFest service, you must provide a current, valid payment method. The subscription plan details are available under the subscription tab on your account.

Billing

Billing Cycle:
The subscription fee and any applicable charges will be billed periodically to your payment method. Your payment date may change depending on your subscription start date or if a payment method fails.

Payment Methods

Subscribers may update their payment method by visiting their TutorFest account. If payment fails and is not updated, the account will revert to a free user status.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

You can cancel your TutorFest subscription at any time through the account settings. Cancellations will result in the loss of access to premium content, but you will retain access to free content. TutorFest does not offer refunds for partial use of services or unused subscription time.

Service Use

Subscribers must be 18 years or older, or of the legal age of majority in their country, to access TutorFest services.

The TutorFest service and all content provided are for personal, non-commercial use only. TutorFest grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the service.
